Cancellation and travel cancellation insurance
The insurance covers cancellation fees if you can not travel, and reimburse extra for outbound travel if you are late or if you have to cancel a trip. This is valid for worldwide travel as long as the trip was paid in full with the Lufthansa Miles & More Credit Card.
Travel health insurance
The insurance cover unforeseen illnesses or consequences of accidents during your trip abroad. Among other things, expenses for medical treatment (eg in the hospital) and medically prescribed medicines, dressings and remedies are reimbursed. The costs for a medically necessary and medically arranged return transport to the official residence of the insured person or to the appropriate hospital nearest to the place of residence are also covered. The insurance is valid for trips abroad with a duration of up to 90 days.
The insurer is liable in unlimited amounts to give you maximum security.
Car damage waiver
When renting a vehicle using your credit card, you enjoy worldwide protection in case of loss, damage or collision with another object.
Earn and redeem for rewards
Holders of the Lufthansa Miles and More Credit Card Gold get credited for each Euro card transaction bonus mile. The points can be redeemed for example for Airline tickets or product from the Lufthansa World Shop. I have a LH Miles and more credit card from Germany and now since I am based in Dubai, its a nightmare to get through by email or phone to Mile and More contact center. I have my card damaged and its been 4 monhts I am trying to get a replacement card.
The worst service ever. I feels as if they are not interested in clients.
After multiple emails and phone calls also, no reponce of getting a replacement card.

Did you inform the credit card of your change of country prior to leaving Germany? It is always good practice to inform the banks of any changes to your address and check if they provide service in your new country (Dubai). This is most likely the issue that you are unable to get a replacement card.

Same here, their customer service replies are so frustrating and they are based of some random decision by DKB. They should change the card issuer to a proper bank which doesn’t discriminate potential clients on no substantial basis.

What are the international transaction fees on these cards?
We’re a cie based in France, and one of our German client holding a Miles and More mastercard has difficulties with the payment, where his bank say that we’re trying to charge a visa card ( which we are not )
Do you need for the Miles & More card holder to contact his bank and authorise payment on a french site ( Crédit Agricole up2pay )

Can we get the German card if we are based in another Eurozone country? According to the foundation principles of the EU, the answer should be yes. In Italy with the new scheme we need to change banks, a ridiculous decision..

Some countries would like to have a travel insurance which include covid and possible quarantine.
